Excellent place! I would definitely recommend. It’s beautiful and quiet. The lodge was clean and had everything we needed. There’s a large living area to enjoy as well. And the beds are comfy.

We stayed here Aug 2021 and was extremely pleasantly surprised how phenomenal this place is. We were welcomed with our door open, spa music on and robes hung up on the door. Such a cozy little place to stay. We were actually sad we weren’t able to stay longer. They had a great selection of board games to play in the common area, outdoor games including badminton, volleyball and frisbee. Staff was very friendly and welcoming. Also noted that the bed was the softest bed we had ever slept on. Best sleep we have ever had. Would 1000% recommend to everyone and will most definitely be back in the future! 12 out of 10 in our books 🙂 thanks so much Winston Lodge!

These people are amazing. I left my gold ring behind while frantically checking out in the morning to continue on my road trip, and they graciously found it and offered to mail it to my new address in Alberta.

Aside from my forgetfulness, my stay at the Winston was very relaxing after an intense 8 hour road trip in the 40 degree heat. The staff are super friendly, and the atmosphere was everything I could have asked for. Would definitely stay here again if I was passing through Golden, BC, and I would highly recommend it to anyone else!
